Persimmon Puree

Persimmon Puree is pretty easy to make, make sure you choose the one that is ripe (a little soft when pressed).

1. Peel the skin of the Persimmon
2. Cut the fruit and put it on a siever
3. Sieve it
4. Ready to be served / Put in storage container to freeze it

Lo loves this one.
